Large antique Persian Kerman rug with a lovely Mina Khani forked leaf arabesque mille fleur design. The colors have a masterful contrast with light soft pastel tones of the design elements floating on a sumptuous pinot noir red ground. The dyers talent is tipped by a sophisticated colorway that includes powder blue, celadon green, peach, sky blue, cerise pink, sea green, fawn, navy blue, pale yellow, nutmeg, cream, and more.

Condition: Good condition overall, but there are some issues. One end is faded or stained, there are localized worn areas, and there are two or three spots of staining in the field. Nevertheless it is beautiful and completely intact. Ready to enjoy and suitable for normal everyday use. Professionally hand washed.
