Antique Persian Sarouk rug with a beautifully drawn display of stylized floral motifs on a velvety soft flame red ground. The more openly spaced artwork and archaic botanicals are pleasing to the eye with their relaxed confidence. The flickering border is a deep blackish blue and accent colors show pops of emerald green, baby blue, pale gold, tan, wine red, and denim blue. It is a wonderful union of the casual and opulent.

Materials: Finely hand knotted wool pile on a cotton foundation.
Condition: Good condition overall with lustrous low pile over most of the rug and some scattered areas showing more wear. Ready to enjoy and suitable for normal everyday use. Professionally hand washed.
