This stunning gem, with its infinitely repeating pattern of interlinked shield palmettes, is a study in color purity and nuanced design. A remarkable seven part border presents a delicate rhythm of meandering blossoms. The colors, evidently dyed by a master of the craft, sparkle like jewels. The clearest, purest red you will ever see, emerald green, pistachio green, eggplant purple, topaz blue, natural orange from madder root, baby blue, pearl white, and more. Finely hand knotted from the most lustrous wool in an excellent state of preservation for its age.
