Antique Persian Yazd Kerman rug with a stunning floral design in elegant polychrome tones. A petalform mandala centerpiece in pale blue is the serene point of meditation surrounded by exotic flowers and botanical vignettes. Such detail and delicacy in design and the light infused array of shimmering colors is inspirational. The main ground is a translucent Bordeaux which is balanced by light blues and greens, apricot, yellow gold, fawn, blush, rose pink, navy blue, and cream. A masterful expression of art and color.

Materials: Hand knotted wool pile on cotton foundation.
Condition: Excellent condition overall with soft lustrous pile over the whole rug. A couple of very small professional restorations. Ready to enjoy and suitable for normal everyday use. Professionally hand washed.
