Antique Persian Heriz rug with the overall stylized botanical motifs we love to see. This example is sensuous and expressive, and boasts the highest level of weaving quality and color harmony. The lustrous ground is a beautifully variegated apple to cherry red. The botanicals, with their lyrical impression, are drawn in emerald green, pistachio green, antique gold, pale baby blue, coral, midnight blue, soft pink, and tan. Indeed, this is a rare find and in an excellent state of preservation.
