Antique Chinese Ningxia rug with a rondel design holding a pair of quirky fur seals. At each end is a beautiful rendition of the sea wave motif. The rug features soft fleecy wool and gorgeous colors.

Age: Late 19th century
Origin: Ningxia, Gansu Province western China
Materials: Hand knotted hand spun wool pile on a wool foundation.
Condition: Distressed condition with low/worn pile. Some old moth bites in one corner. Minor imperfections. Please see photos. Ready to enjoy and suitable for normal everyday use. Professionally hand washed.
