Vintage Persian Malayer rug with a dazzling floral design on a navy blue ground. Large scale flowering botanicals are joyously displayed in pink, aqua, lemon yellow, baby blue, denim blue, gold, rose, coral, and emerald green. The playful border is a rich lustrous nutmeg. Pure happiness!

Origin: Malayer, Hamadan Province, Western Iran
Materials: Hand knotted handspun wool pile on a cotton foundation.
Condition: Excellent condition with lustrous pile over most of the rug. A few small areas showing some wear. Ready to enjoy and suitable for normal everyday use. Professionally hand washed.
