Antique Southwest Persian Abadeh rug with a jewel like design sparkling with small botanicals and tribal talismans. Abadeh rugs are rare, and woven to a very fine quality using exceptional wool. The old examples like this one have glorious deeply glowing naturally dyed colors. This is one of those delightful antique rugs that reveals something new on every viewing.

Materials: Hand knotted hand spun wool pile on a cotton foundation. Natural dyes.
Condition: Excellent original condition with lustrous low pile over most of the rug and small areas showing light wear and use. Ready to enjoy and suitable for normal everyday use. Professionally hand washed.
